Shipping
If the item is in stock we will endeavour to ship within 3-5 days.
For custom orders please allow 2 weeks from order date to despatch.
We use three shipping providers (Royal Mail, DPD, Evri) to allow you full flexibility on your delivery requirements. Each provider will have a number of shipping choices from standard to express delivery.

Due to the nature of our business, unfortunately we do not offer refunds.
We aim to list any faults with our items in the description, however if anything has been missed, please contact us via wolfintheattic@gmail.com or phone on +44 7932311020
We recommend you read the descriptions thoroughly and check your measurements to avoid disappointment.

Sarah's Doll Parts Returns
Contact us within 28 days of receipt for alternative size, colour, item or a return.
We will process your exchange or refund within a maximum period of 14 days of receipt of the item(s).
Conditions for exchange/returns:
Please handle all items with care. Items must be returned to us intact, undamaged, with the tags still attached. Please return item(s) as soon as reasonably possible.
Exchanges cannot be guaranteed and your replacement item(s) will be sent to you on receipt of the original item(s) being returned. We are unable to offer store credit.
Returns postage:

We will pay the shipping cost for any returns where the products are faulty, misdescribed or arrive damaged. In all other circumstances, you are responsible for covering the return shipping cost.
We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service with proof of postage, as the parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us and this delivery method insures you for the value of the item(s).
Refunds
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy products online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 28 working days of receiving your items. This does not include the cost of returning the item(s) unless products are faulty, misdescribed or arrive damaged.
If you would prefer a refund, please return the item(s) within 28 days of receipt.
